LFW Recap: Math Collective
The invitation said “I’m wearing next season…” and we here at The Designer Lookbook definitely know that we’ll be wearing Math Collective next season. There are no words to describe how much we loved the Math Collective show, which took place at Freemasons Hall as part of Vauxhall Fashion Scout.
The collection, designed by Shahzad Mohayudin, was astonishing and completely blew us away! The mix of fabrics, from tweed to leather to silk, was amazing and the rich red, navy, yellow, gray and brown colours all mixed together brought flair to each outfit. We loved the range of pencil skirts and the slim legged trousers, both of which were tailored to perfection, and the tweed jacket trimmed with leather had that Chanel flair. We’re also coveting the paperboy bag that was carried by the model at the end of the show. Overall the entire line was very wearable and extremely versatile. Remember the name Math Collective, you will be hearing a lot from them in the future!
